Where we ship
We currently ship only within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — actual delivery times can vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, and other shipping conditions outside our control.
Lost or stolen packages
Veinly is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property (porches, mailrooms, with neighbors)
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
- Reaching out to us at [your support email] so we can help you file a claim with the carrier
If a package is confirmed lost in transit (not marked delivered) by the carrier, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
