Our main guides are currently physical books only. The $20 digital add-ons you'll see on some product pages (workbooks and companion guides) aren't a digital version of the same book, they're separate, shorter companion content delivered instantly as a digital download.

Physical orders: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, email us at veinlysupport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the issue, and we'll make it right. Buyer's remorse (changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to the product's condition) isn't eligible for a refund.

Digital guides: All digital purchases are final sale, non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased, since they're delivered instantly.
